Scottish authorities are seeking to evict a Ghanaian man and his group for claiming council land as the ‘Kingdom of Kubala’.

Kofi Offeh and his followers initially occupied private woodland and relocated to council land after eviction.

Authorities have condemned the group’s actions as unlawful and are pursuing legal measures to remove them.

Offeh asserts their movement is a spiritual reclamation of land historically connected to African ancestors.
