The event dedicated to the International Day of Peace, will be held this Saturday and Sunday 21 with the aim of paying special attention to projects that promote the values of trust, humanism and service to society.
According to its organizers, the WPA aims to become a platform for large-scale communication where leaders of public diplomacy, representatives of civil society, cultural and scientific communities, international organizations and humanitarian initiatives meet.
The region of Latin America and the Caribbean is widely represented, such as Africa and Asia, which together with the European countries show the melting pot of nationalities that inhabit the planet, and demonstrate that all can live in peace and harmony.
The event itself includes plenary sessions, seven round tables and more than 40 thematic platforms focusing on the various main areas.
The latter include: strategic alliances and public diplomacy; humanitarian modernization; the human being as the center of the future; the values of the new world; spiritual and cultural unity and service to the values; and responsibility as the basis of the future.
The program is complemented by special events aimed at expanding professional and cultural dialogue such as: International Media Forum «Media at the Service of Humanity», Business International «Corporate Social Responsibility: Investing in the Future», and the Youth International ‘ Generation of Unity’.
