From Turkey to Mykonos, the family are avid jet setters. The 37-year-old sportsman and his wife recently attended the Royal Ascot to which he shared on Instagram, “A day of style, smiles, and a little business behind the tie,” with the hashtag #GladiatorGoesGent. His estimated net worth sits at a cool £3.9 million. Before becoming a known TV personality, Harry was named as the BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year in 2005. This was after he became the first athlete to win gold medals at both 100 metres and 200 metres at the World Youth Championships. He later moved on to representing Great Britain at the 2016 Rio Olympics, before becoming a British champion in 2020 when winning the 100 metres event at the 2020 British Athletics Championships with an impressive time of 10.35 sec. Unfortunately, in 2021 Harry was unable to take place in the Tokyo Olympics due to sustaining an injury while running in the European Athletics Indoor Championships. However, he returned to the track in 2022 after being selected as a member of the 4 × 100 m squad for the World Championships, the Commonwealth Games and the European Championships. Despite his sporting escapades, Harry is no stranger to the Strictly dance floor after he participated in the Christmas special in December 2024, alongside professional dancer Nancy Xu. The judges and audience must have been impressed with his performance after they decided to bring him back once again, this time to compete in the real deal. In 2024, the former Olympian also took place in 19th series of Celebrity MasterChef, where he came in fourth place to winner Strictly Come Dancing star Vito Coppola. He shared on Instagram at the time: “Being able to call myself a MasterChef finalist has a nice ring to it! so from now on, put some respect on my name in the kitchen! “What an incredible season, filled with amazing connections, choreographed some fantastic dances, and shared plenty of laughs over epic challenges with great friends. “On to the next adventure! I’ll be available for catering, small to medium functions.” The pair will now be reunited during the live Strictly Come Dancing launch on Saturday, September 20 on BBC and BBC iPlayer.
