Two students were severely beaten by a teacher at the Nagpur Zilla Parishad School in Maharashtra for refusing to pick up garbage on the school premises.
The incident occurred at the Zilla Parishad School in Bajargaon, under the jurisdiction of Kondhali Police Station.
Following the incident, the Zilla Parishad promptly suspended the teacher involved.
The incident has sparked anger among the parents.
The police have registered a case against the teacher, Manisha Chaudhary, 35, under various sections, including assault.
The victims are two 10-year-old students. While one student was discharged after receiving treatment, the other had to be admitted to a hospital in Nagpur.
