A darts bar and restaurant near Cambridge Railway Station is up for sale. Slingers on Station Road has four darts boards and connected screens, inviting groups to battle it out in a variety of darts-based games.
The site is listed by Everard Cole, at a leasehold price of £65,000. The estimated turnover is £17,000 a week, excluding VAT.
Alongside the darts boards, the property is fitted with a central island bar; male, female and accessible toilets; and a commercial kitchen. Customer seating is offered at ground and basement level.
The spot, owned by Smokeworks Ltd, opened in 2017, while darts were introduced at the site in 2023. The company also runs a bar on Free School Lane in Cambridge, called Smokeworks, which opened in 2014.
For entertainment, this location has shuffleboards and beer pong tables. Alongside games, both restaurants offer a menu including barbecued meats and chicken wings.
