Adani group stocks will remain in focus on Friday as SEBI on Thursday cleared billionaire Gautam Adani and his group of stock manipulation allegations made by US short-seller Hindenburg Research, saying it found no evidence that the conglomerate used related parties to route funds into its listed companies. The regulator in two separate orders said the allegations of insider trading, market manipulation, and violations of public shareholding norms were found to be unsubstantiated after a detailed investigation.

The founder of India’s largest offline grocery chain, Avenue Supermart (DMart), Radhakrishna Damani’s family has picked up a 0.5 per cent stake in Eternal, which owns Blinkit and Zomato.

UGRO Capital has announced that its proposed acquisition of 100 per cent shareholding of Profectus Capital Private Ltd received approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on September 17. Pursuant to this approval and subject to customary closing conditions under the Share Purchase Agreement, the transaction is expected to close by October 31, 2025. Upon completion of the transaction, Profectus Capital will become a subsidiary of UGRO Capital.

Markolines Pavement Technologies Ltd has secured a ₹3.51 crore order (inclusive of GST) from NCC Ltd for earth piling works to be completed at Malad in Mumbai. The total unexecuted order book currently stands at over ₹400 crore. The company had recently secured a ₹100 crore order from Trans Metalite India Ltd for patch repair works in Andhra Pradesh.

The board of Waaree Energies has approved Waaree Power Private Ltd, its wholly owned subsidiary, to subscribe 76% of the share capital of Racemosa Energy (India) Private Ltd for about ₹53 crore, subject to execution of definitive agreements, customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Racemosa Energy (India) Private Limited, established in 2018, is in the business of manufacturing smart meters.

Hind Rectifier informed the exchanges that its proposal to acquire the running business (including assets and intellectual property but excluding present and contingent liabilities) of BeLink Solutions, France, has been approved by the Tribunal des Activités Économiques of Le Mans. Hind Rectifiers has emerged as the successful bidder and is not a related party transaction.

Oil India has so far received dividends amounting to $942 million from its Russian assets, representing over 91 per cent of its original investment in Vankorneft and Taas Yuryakh and expects full recovery in the coming year, the company’s chairman and managing director (CMD) Ranjit Rath said on Thursday.

One MobiKwik Systems has confirmed that a technical issue on September 11-12, 2025, caused certain failed transactions to be incorrectly marked as successful, resulting in unauthorised payouts to some merchants in and around the Nuh district, Haryana. “A few merchants and users from this area exploited this issue to gain undue financial benefit,” the company said in a press release.

Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB), Hyderabad, has executed a Concessionaire Agreement with Mallannasagar Water Supply Ltd (A Subsidiary of Ramky Infrastructure Ltd). The project is for the execution of “HMWSSB – Godavari Drinking Water Supply Scheme – Phase-II & Phase-III – Filling of Osmansagar & Himayathsagar Reservoirs with Godavari Water for Rejuvenation of Musi River, under Hybrid Annuity Mode of Contract – Including Manning, Operation and Maintenance of Project – Package II.”

Vedanta has been declared the preferred bidder for the Punnam manganese block in Andhra Pradesh. The company participated in the state government’s e-auction process after qualifying in the initial bid stage. According to a notification issued by the Department of Mines & Geology, Andhra Pradesh, Vedanta was selected as the preferred bidder on September 18, 2025
