Miami Dolphins rookie Jason Marshall Jr. has exited the game against the Buffalo Bills with a serious-looking hamstring injury. After getting up, he was walking gingerly to the sideline. He worked his way into a rotational role and has been picking up plenty of snaps through two weeks.Sadly, it appears that the leg injury he suffered could be significant.According to Dolphins reporter David Furones, Marshall is questionable to return with a hamstring injury.Marshall being out for an extended period would be tough to deal with, as the Dolphins’ secondary already has multiple injuries.Storm Duck and Artie Burns remain out, along with Ifeatu Melifonwu. Should Marshall be out for multiple weeks, the Dolphins may have to start searching for more secondary help once again.The team brought in Jack Jones and Rasul Douglas, but it appears the injury bug continues to impact the Dolphins’ secondary in a big way.At the time of this writing, the Dolphins are trailing the Bills 14-7. A weak secondary will already make it difficult to deal with this high-flying Buffalo offense.The Dolphins need a big win after they started the season 0-2.
