Filip & Company assists Continental and its ContiTech division in the sale process of the Original Equipment Solutions business unit to Regent

Filip & Company has provided legal assistance to Continental and its ContiTech division in connection with the sale process of the Original Equipment Solutions (OESL) business unit to U.S.-based private holding company Regent. The transaction, which is globally coordinated by Freshfields, involves operations in over 15 jurisdictions and is subject to antitrust approval.
Filip & Company was responsible for all local legal aspects in Romania, primarily advising on the transactional and regulatory matters related to the carve-out (separation and transfer) of the OESL business, assistance in the vendor due diligence and local transactional aspects of the deal.
