The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are signing offensive lineman Luke Haggard from their practice squad to their 53-man roster ahead of this week’s matchup with the New York Jets.
Via Fox Sports Greg Auman,
“Bucs are signing offensive lineman Luke Haggard from the practice squad to the 53-man roster. Spent last two years on PS and can now make his NFL debut Sunday vs. Jets.”
The Buccaneers offensive line has been gutted by injuries this season. Starting with Tristan Wirfs in the offseason, to Luke Goedeke, Cody Mauch and now Michael Jordan. The team will use this new patchwork line this Sunday versus the Jets. The question is, who will play where? Will Graham Barton stay at left tackle? Will Ben Bredeson stay at center? We’ll find out this Sunday.
