M&T Bank on Friday morning said it was working to correct problems customers were reporting with their online accounts.
“We are currently experiencing issues impacting certain platforms, including mobile,” the Buffalo-based bank said in a statement. “We are working closely with our technology team to resolve this matter.
“The satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us, and we apologize for any inconvenience,” the bank said.
Some customers were posting on social media that they had not received their direct deposit paychecks.
