    Funskool India receives award for export of sports goods

    Toy manufacturer Funskool India has been awarded the Sports Goods & Toys Export Promotion Council (SGEPC)’s Platinum Award, for Outstanding Performance in Exports of Sports Goods & Toys for the financial year 2024-25.

    The award was presented to K A Shabir, CEO, Funskool India, at the Exports Awards Function held in New Delhi on Wednesday, in the presence of Mansukh Mandaviya, the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports.

    “We are truly honoured to receive the Highest Export Award from the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, as organised by SGEPC. At Funskool, our mission has always been to showcase India’s world-class manufacturing capabilities in toys and games on the global stage. This recognition is a testament to our team’s unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence,” said Shabi.

    “We remain focused on our vision of positioning India as a global hub for toy manufacturing and will continue to contribute meaningfully to this journey,” he added.
