Brooklyn Beckham urged 'call your mum' after Victoria Netflix documentary snub

Brooklyn Beckham fans have encouraged him to “talk to his parents” after Victoria’s Netflix series’ trailer recently dropped. The advertisement for Victoria Beckham’s self-titled Netflix series was recently posted to YouTube, but her eldest son Brooklyn was nowhere to be seen. Brooklyn and his wife Nicola have reportedly been feuding with the rest of the Beckham family for a while. The three-part series follows the former Spice Girls’ singing career and fashion brand, but no mention of Brooklyn anywhere. During one scene her family are shown watching one of her fashion shows, but Brooklyn does not feature as the camera pans across the room. Romeo is seen wearing an orange hat while Cruz sports a suit. Husband David took to Instagram to share the news on his Story as their son Cruz followed suit. However, their eldest and his wife Nicola Peltz-Beckham remained silent. In comparison, when David’s Netflix series was released at the tail end of 2023, Brooklyn was in full support and attended the premiere with his family. Beckham fans have noticed the rift and have taken to social media to urge Brooklyn to reach out to his mother. One person said: “Call your mom,” while another wrote: “Talk to the parents.” Aside from her fashion career, Victoria also touches upon her rise to fame and her time as part of the Spice Girls. She told the camera: “Performing was my dream. The Spice Girls made me accept who I am then all of a sudden it stopped.” “That uncool kid at school that’s awkward, that was me. I desperately wanted to be liked, have a sense of worth.” “Fashion was this creative outlet. People thought she’s a pop star, she’s married to a footballer: ‘Who does she think she is?'” Victoria also expressed fear over losing everything: “It’s taken so long to get to this point. I’m not going to let it slip through my fingers again,” as David reassured her that he and the children will always support her. The football legend said: “You could make a cheese and ham sandwich and we’d be proud of you,” to which she jokingly responded: “Let’s be honest, I couldn’t actually make a cheese sandwich very well.” Have you joined Threads?
