Best known for intense drama, cutthroat gameplay, fiery clashes, and dramatic fights, Bigg Boss 19 also captures fans’ attention with emotional moments. While some contestants become each other’s rivals after challenges, we also see some bonds shine through as they navigate their relationships in this heated environment.
The latest episode of the controversial reality show was no different. The show took a tender turn as singer and music composer Amaal Malik was seen breaking down in tears after a heartfelt confrontation with fellow contestant Baseer Ali.
Amaal Malik’s Emotional Breakdown
Soon after the music composer’s captaincy got over, Amaal confessed to Baseer that he was involved in a prank alongside Shehbaz Badesha, where they hid essential household items and personal belongings of several contestants. The prank had caused discomfort in the house, especially for Baseer, whose towel and clothes were hidden.
Repeatedly apologising to Baseer, Amaal said, “Ek baar dekh kar sach mein maaf kar dena.” The confession stunned Baseer, who admitted he didn’t expect Amaal to be a part of the act.
Baseer Ali Opens Up About Feeling Betrayed
The usually composed Amaal was left visibly shaken. But what struck Amaal the hardest was Baseer’s emotional confession that he felt betrayed during the recent voting round. Despite considering Amaal a close friend, Baseer revealed that no one, including Amaal, voted to save him. “Ek vote bhi nahi aaya merko saving mein,” he said, his voice filled with pain.
Overwhelmed with guilt and sadness, Amaal broke down, and he sobbed uncontrollably. “I did wrong with you. I’m sorry. I let you down. I’ve fallen in my own eyes, too,” he said, wiping his tears.

A Heartfelt Talk
Both Shehbaz and Baseer consoled the emotional singer. “You are way stronger than this,” Baseer said, while Shehbaz added, “Itna dil pe mat lo. Mazak kiya tha.” The emotional moment ended on a positive note as the two hugged it out. Amaal, reaffirming his bond with Baseer, said, “Tu dil ke andar ke bhi andar hai. Mai dosti sachi karta hu.” Later, Zieshan Quadri also came and calmed him down.
His breakdown revealed a softer, emotional side to the otherwise aggressive one during his captaincy.
This Week’s Nomination Drama
During the nomination round, Bigg Boss played back secret nomination conversations in front of all contestants in the Assembly Room, leaving the housemates astonished. The entire house was later nominated for eviction as a result of violating the rules of the game. But what happened next gave a sigh of relief to some.
Bigg Boss later gave housemates a chance to save two contestants each, with the exception of the captain, Amaal Malik, who was also found guilty of disobeying the rule. After the voting round, the final nominees for eviction this week are Nehal Chudasama, Ashnoor Kaur, Pranit More, Baseer Ali, and Abhishek Bajaj.
