In a major security breach at actor-turned-politician Vijay’s residence, a 24-year-old intruder was found on the terrace of his Neelankarai home on Thursday. The accused, identified as Arun, has been nabbed by Chennai police. Reports indicate that Arun has been mentally unstable for the past four years. According to police, Arun allegedly barged into the home of the TVK Chief in Neelankarai, on the outskirts of Chennai. Vijay’s security personnel discovered him sitting on the terrace and immediately alerted local authorities. The Neelankarai police rushed to the scene and took Arun into custody for questioning. Preliminary investigations revealed that Arun had been residing with his aunt in Velachery, Chennai, and has been struggling with mental health issues for four years. Following police intervention, he was admitted to the Kilpauk Government Mental Health Hospital for further evaluation and treatment. The incident has raised concerns about security measures at high-profile residences in Chennai and the safety of public figures like actor-turned-politician Vijay.
