Vivo has been building hype around its upcoming X300 series, and now the Chinese tech giant has officially revealed the design of the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro. Huang Tao, Vice President of Product at Vivo, shared fresh images on Weibo, giving fans a first proper look at the upcoming flagship lineup. The phones continue Vivo’s signature design approach but bring some important refinements. Vivo X300 Pro, Vivo X300 Design and Camera Upgrades The Vivo X300 series carries forward the round camera module seen on the X200 series but with a more polished execution. The rear design features cold-sculpted glass, subtle transitions around the camera, and a seamless frame with just a 1.28mm height difference for a more elegant feel. Colour options confirmed so far include Black, Easy Blue, Wilderness Brown and Pink. The highlight, however, is the camera system. Both the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro will feature the fourth-generation Zeiss imaging setup with dual 200-megapixel lenses. The standard X300 may pack a 23mm Zeiss 200-megapixel main sensor, while the Pro variant is tipped to include an 85mm Zeiss 200MP APO telephoto lens, considered one of the most advanced in its category. Features like Zeiss T* coating, deep absorption glass, and CIPA-level stabilisation promise pro-level imaging. It is also expected to run on OriginOS 6 (based on Android 16). On the display side, the Pro could house a BOE Q10 Plus panel with ultra-low 1 nit brightness, while the regular X300 may feature a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. Storage may go up to 1TB UFS 4.1 with 16GB RAM. Battery life is expected to get a big upgrade too, the X300 Pro is tipped to feature a massive 7000 mAh battery, compared to 6000 mAh on its predecessor. Price In India and Launch Timeline (Expected) According to the reports the Vivo X300 series will launch in China on October 13, 2025, with an India debut expected in November. Pricing could start at around Rs 99,999 for the X300 Pro, while the standard X300 may come in at Rs 69,999.
