You only turn 30 once, and Katie McCabe made sure it was one to remember, spending time with those closest to her.

The Arsenal player is one to live it up in Ibiza and other countries around the world with her partner, Caitlin Foord, but celebrated her milestone birthday with several of her nearest and dearest around her.

The football star recently addressed engagement speculation after fans thought the star was going to pop the question while holidaying in Greece, but Katie said at this point, they are ‘enjoying life together.’

It is not known whether Katie’s birthday party was held in London or here at home, in Kilnamangh, Tallaght, but family members, including her sister, Lauryn, who is also a football player, were there to celebrate.

When it came to the decor, they didn’t hold back with massive lights in the shape of the number 3-0 illuminating the room- just in case people weren’t sure how old she was.

Katie also had a tall birthday cake with a smooth white buttercream finish and a drip design cascading down the sides.

It was decorated with macarons, edible gold pearls, and shells – after seeing this we are just dying for a slice!

Giving her fans an insight into the night, Katie posted an array of shots on her social media simply saying, ‘Blessed with the best,’ followed by a yellow love heart.
