Report: Buccaneers Sign Veteran OL From Buffalo Bills’ Practice Squad

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are expected to sign offensive lineman Dan Feeney from the Buffalo Bills practice squad per multiple reports including the Tampa Bay Times’ Rick Stroud.

Via Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times,

“Bucs are expected to sign C/G Dan Feeney off Bills practice squad Thursday. Substantial starting experience in the league. In eight years, he started 65 of his 120 games played.”

The Buccaneers bolstered their guard position by signing Dan Feeney from the Bills’ practice squad. Bringing in a seasoned veteran to complement their current roster. Currently, the team’s in-house options – Klein, Haggard, and Chukwuma – have limited NFL experience on offense.

Feeney, meanwhile, boasts 65 career starts, although his recent playing time has been sparse, with only three starts over the past three years with the Jets, Bears, and Vikings.
