Love Island's Ekin-Su confirmed for huge Netflix show perfect for fans of Big Brother

Love Island favourite Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu is preparing to grace our screens once more after landing a major role on a massive US Netflix series. The 31 year old has been confirmed as one of the contestants for Netflix’s Inside: USA, which launches on the streaming platform this September 21st. The programme, masterminded by British YouTube collective Sidemen , has already delivered two triumphant series in the UK. The debut series aired on YouTube before the second instalment migrated to Netflix following phenomenal viewing figures. Ekin-Su won’t be the inaugural Love Island alumnus to participate, with Whitney Adebayo featuring in the second series, reports the Mirror . Throughout the programme, various internet stars cohabit and battle through challenges to secure cash from a collective prize pot, whilst facing steep charges for essentials and penalties for task failures. With similarities to Big Brother, Ekin-Su will share living quarters with numerous American celebrities and digital creators, including Selling Sunset’s Breana “Bre” Tiesi. Bre became part of the show in Season 6 and shares a child with Nick Cannon. Announcing the news on Instagram last week, Sidemen Inside wrote: “The Brits have arrived welcome @max.fosh & @ekinsuofficial.” And fans couldn’t contain their excitement as one person wrote: “Ekin was made for tv she knowssss how to bring entertainment.” Another added: “How’d you get @ekinsuofficial OMGGG.” A third wrote: “Yes Ekin to grace our screens again.” The Love Island winner will also reside alongside streamers and YouTubers such as Sketch, Jay Cinco, Sydney Thomas and Max Fosh. This marks another US television appearance for Ekin-Su, following her stint on the second series of The Traitors US in 2024, where she competed as a Faithful before her elimination in episode four. In addition to her stint on Love Island in the UK, she also graced Celebrity Big Brother in 2024, sharing the spotlight with the likes of Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne. This news follows reports that the star was overheard arranging a secret date with another Love Island alum at this year’s National Television Awards, following her break up with Curtis Pritchard. Ekin-Su and Joe Garratt, despite never appearing on the show together, were seen together in the VIP section at an afterparty following the NTAs. Observers noted a spark between the pair and heard Joe inviting Ekin on a date. Sidemen Inside USA will premier on Netflix on September 21
