While he shared two of his kids with the Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor (Samaira and Kiaan), he also had a six-year-old named Azarias with his third wife, Priya Sachdev. But do you know who amongst these will inherit Sunjay Kapur’s business?
Who Will Inherit Sunjay Kapur’s Business?
None of Sunjay Kapur’s children is likely to inherit his business empire. While there is no official confirmation about this as of now, India.com had recently reported that Sunjay’s sisters may step into management roles of Sona Comstar, even as the existing board exercises its powers.

What Will Karisma Kapoor’s Children Get?
Karisma Kapoor’s children, Samaira and Kiaan, have already been taken care of. Earlier this year, ANI reported that during the divorce, Sunjay bought bonds worth Rs 14 crore for both his children with an interest payment of Rs 10 lakh. He also gave ownership of a house, which was owned by his father, to Karisma.
Why Did Karisma Kapoor’s Children Move To The Delhi HC?
On Tuesday, it was reported that Karisma Kapoor’s children, Samaira and Kiaan, have moved the Delhi High Court to demand a share in the assets of their late father, Sunjay Kapur. In their petition, the two children claimed that their stepmother, Priya Sachdev, forged Sunjay’s will. They submitted that the purported will allegedly executed by their father is not a legal and valid document, is forged and fabricated.
They argued that it is because of this reason that neither the original of the Alleged Purported Will has been shown to them nor a copy of the Alleged Purported Will has been provided. The children, therefore, requested the court to provide them with a copy of the said document.
Besides this, Karisma Kapoor’s children also requested the court to restrain Priya Sachdev from executing the will till the time the issue is resolved.
