The Orchard Town Center in Westminster to add new tenants

The Orchard Town Center, an outdoor shopping and dining center in Westminster, is adding a variety of new restaurants and retail stores this fall and winter.
Men’s Wearhouse, and men’s clothing store, will open this month.
In mid-October, MINISO will open a nearly 6,000-square-foot store featuring home goods and electronics to beauty and fashion accessories.
Around the same time, P.F. Chang’s will open its doors. Construction on the restaurant, on a site where a Mimi’s Cafe used to be located, was delayed for several years.
In the fourth quarter of this year, goGLOW will open, specializing in skincare and sunless tanning services.
Looking ahead to the first quarter of next year, Brazilian steakhouse Texas de Brazil will open, along with Taiwanese tea shop CHICHA San Chen and Facial Aesthetics, a Colorado-based skin care practice.
Co-owned by Dallas-based real estate investment manager TriGate Capital LLC and Phoenix-based real estate company Vestar, the outdoor center recently welcomed Spirit Halloween, Swing 365 Golf, Rack Room Shoes and Postino WineCafe, known for its shareable bruschetta boards.
Additionally, the center’s AMC Theatres recently completed a major refresh, including the addition of Dolby Atmos sound technology.
“Our goal is to keep raising the bar for what a lifestyle destination can be,” said Taylor Alvey, vice president of leasing at Vestar.
“From global cuisine to curated retail and wellness, each new concept adds to a mix that feels both fresh and enduring, which makes the Orchard a place people want to return to again and again.”
At the intersection of Interstate 25 and West 144th Avenue, The Orchard Town Center features over a million square feet of retail space, including over 90 stores and the Aloft Hotel.
Management and leasing is handled by Vestar.
With a portfolio exceeding 30 million square feet across the western United States and an additional 3 million square feet under active development, Vestar specializes in creating vibrant shopping and entertainment hubs.
TriGate has current assets under management of nearly $2.2 billion.
The company has expertise in real estate operations, debt restructuring and asset and company recapitalization.
