Creation of two strategic state banks: one for agriculture and one for the general economy, providing affordable soft loans for farmers, entrepreneurs, and new industries.
Expansion of Albanian state capital into Kosovo, North Macedonia, and the region, strengthening pan-Albanian economic integration.
Agriculture as the Foundation of Self-Sustainability
The New Albania will restore agriculture as a strategic national sector.
Introduction of modern irrigation and smart technologies in farming to increase production yields.
Strict food safety controls against harmful pesticides and chemicals, protecting citizens’ health.
Direct subsidies for small and medium farmers to strengthen the Albanian family economy.
Tourism – Coastal and Mountain
Albania possesses extraordinary tourism potential, which can become a driving force of national development.
Restructuring of the coastline through modern urban planning, with respect for the environment and a ban on chaotic construction.
Development of mountain tourism with road infrastructure, small resorts, quality services, and international promotion.
Eco-tourism and forest protection will be an inseparable part of the national strategy.
The Family as the Core Cell of Society
The Albanian family must be supported with concrete policies.
Subsidies for young couples, helping them create family businesses and providing financial support for children.
Housing through long-term 25-year loans with low interest rates, enabling every young Albanian to build their life in their homeland.
National Defense and Security
A strong state cannot exist without a modern army.
Strengthening the Albanian army to stand on equal footing with Serbia and Greece.
Investments in advanced technology: drones, fighter jets, anti-missile shields, and artificial intelligence for defense.
Protection of Albanians across the region and beyond – a national strategy that guarantees the rights of Albanians from Presheva to Montenegro, from Macedonia to the diaspora.
Artificial Intelligence and the Modern State
The future of Albania cannot be imagined without technology:
Introduction of artificial intelligence into the economy and governance, modernizing administration, reducing corruption, and increasing the efficiency of public services.
Full digitalization of services, ensuring transparency and online access for every citizen.
The New Albania is not a utopian dream but an achievable project if society decides to cleanse itself from thieves and the legacy of the former secret police. An Albania with a strong economy, sustainable agriculture, developed tourism, a modern army, and honest institutions is the future every Albanian deserves.
This is the vision of a country that does not flee, but stays and builds the future in its own home.
