However, Zakithi Nene continued to perform as he won semi-final 1, followed by Botswana’s Lee Bhekempilo Eppie. In semi-final 3 it was yet another Botswanan that led the way as Bayapo Ndori won, clocking in at 44.21 seconds.
With some very strong heat paces followed by a Botswanan dominance in the semi-finals, fans can expect a lot of excitement as all is still to play for on Thursday when the medals will be awarded and the champion will be crowned.
