Women make up less than 13% of leadership roles in fintech — an even lower share than in traditional banking or Big Tech. In venture capital, female founders secured under 20% of U.S. deal value last year, with all-female founding teams receiving just 1%. The result is a leadership gap that sidelines talent and leaves fintech building the future of money with only half the world at the table.
