Indian film icon actress Hema Malini – last week – added a high-end 2025 MG M9 to her luxury automobiles. In a video shared by Viral Bhayani on Instagram, Malini was seen undergoing the puja rituals and performing prayers before taking the driver’s seat on her electric MPV and offering a beaming smile to the camera as she took the vehicle out for a ride.
The ‘Dream Girl’ unveiled her latest automobile asset, which was adorned with colourful balloons and contained various photographs of the actress with her family members at the back. Malini’s MG M9 was a gift to herself as she celebrated the auspicious occasion of Ganeshotsav at her Mumbai residence.

MG M9 Specs & Features
Automobile enthusiasts would’ve been glued to the glimpses of Hema Malini’s MG M9, which comes with a wealth of features and is attracting a wider set of buyers since its launch in August 2025. Among the key features of the vehicle, it has a 12.3-inch infotainment screen, a 7-inch digital driver’s display, ventilated seats, a dual panoramic sunroof, a wireless phone charger, an air purifier and a 12-speaker sound system.
Apart from these, the MG M9 provides riders with 64-colour ambient lighting, sunshades and rain-sensing wipers, reclining ottoman seats with 8 massage modes and three-zone climate control options. The vehicle also has on board multiple airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control (ESC), tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a 360-degree camera and level-2 ADAS for enhanced safety.
Speed And Price
This electric MPV can travel up to 548 kilometres after a full charge. It has a 90 kWh battery pack that powers its single electric motor, which delivers 245 PS and 350 Nm of torque to the front wheels. For those who love their dose of thrill on the road, the MG M9 can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in less than 10 seconds.
Currently, the MG M9 has no direct rival in the automobile scene. But, it is expected to compete with the Kia Carnival in the near future while also emerging as a cheaper alternative to the Toyota Velfire. The vehicle comes at an ex-showroom price of Rs 69.90 lakh.
