West Coast restaurant chain specializing in responsibly sourced seafood is poised to open the first of three DMV locations.
FAIRFAX CITY, VA — On Monday, California Fish Grill will open the first of three restaurants its planning to open in the DMV.
The fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in responsibly sourced seafood will be opening its first location at 11048 Main St. in Fairfax City, with additional openings planned in Alexandria and Rockville, Maryland.
“We’re thrilled for the opportunity to introduce California Fish Grill to the Fairfax community,” said CEO Bob Holden. “Our mission is to make high-quality, 100 percent sustainable seafood more accessible through the fast-casual experience — where guests can enjoy bold flavors, great value, and a relaxed dining environment.”
The Fairfax City menu will include customer favorites such as Atlantic Salmon, Branzino, and wild-caught Rockfish, served in bowls, tacos, salads, and grilled plates, according to a release. In addition, the Fairfax City location will exclusively offer Lobster Rolls and the Wild Crispy Cod Sandwich.
With every new store opening, California Fish Grill donates to No Kid Hungry, to support efforts to end childhood hunger. The company also provides local nonprofits with an easy way to fundraise through its partnership with GroupRaise.
