Your guns in Battlefield 6 will have more than just mud on them as you play. As part of a new batch of information posted online from those who received an early access build of the game recently, Battlefield 6 will also see blood buildup on your weapons as you play.
Mentioned by the Twitter account Modern Warzone, blood splatter will accumulate on your weapons depending how close you are to the combat.
While this feature isn’t anything new for the Battlefield series, it’s still something that many longtime players of the franchise will appreciate. The ability for the environment to change the look of your weapons is a small touch that adds to the realism Battlefield 6 is clearly going for. One thing to note, however, is that it’s unlikely, based on what’s been shared, that the mud or blood buildup will impact how your weapons perform.
In addition to the blood buildup on the weapons, more gameplay has been posted that gives another look at Mirak Valley in both Conquest and Breakthrough.
