    Superstar Rajinikanth extended his heartfelt wishes to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is celebrating his 75th birthday on Wednesday. The Tamil actor took to his X (formerly known as Twitter) handle and penned down a special note for PM Modi. Rajinikanth wished him a long life and the strength to continue leading the nation.
    Calling PM Modi ‘most respected’, Rajinikanth wrote, “To the most respected, honourable, and my dear Prime Minister @narendramodi Narendra Modi ji , heartfelt wishes on your birthday. Wishing you long life, good health, peace of mind, and everlasting strength to lead our beloved nation. Jai Hind.”

    Several other celebrities from the South film industries also took to their respective social media handles and hoped for PM Modi’s health and prosperity on his birthday. Earlier today, actor-turned-politician Kamal Haasan took to his X handle and wrote, “Warmest birthday wishes to the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Thiru Narendra Modi avargal. Wishing him good health and strength in the service of the people of India.”
    Malayalam superstar Mohanlal also extended his wishes to PM Modi and wrote, “Wishing our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji a very Happy Birthday. May you be blessed with good health, happiness, and continued strength to lead our nation towards greater heights.” Chiranjeevi, Mahesh Babu, Vijay Deverakonda and Jr NTR also wished PM on his birthday.
    Talking about Rajinikanth, the actor was recently seen in Coolie, a Tamil-language action thriller film directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The film features an ensemble cast including Nagarjuna Akkineni, Soubin Shahir, Upendra, Shruti Haasan, Sathyaraj and Rachita Ram, with Aamir Khan and Pooja Hegde in special appearances.
    Rajinikanth will soon be seen in the action comedy Jailer 2. Directed by Nelson, it is a sequel to the 2023 film Jailer. The film also stars Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu and Mirnaa with S. J. Suryah.
