I'm A Celebrity 2025 lineup rumours so far as soap icons and TikTok star tipped

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! will return to our screens in just a few weeks’ time, as a new batch of famous faces prepare to tackle the challenging Bushtucker Trials. The celebrities will head to Australia where they’ll endure life in the legendary jungle camp. The participants will be hoping to match the triumph of McFly’s Danny Jones , who claimed the King of the Jungle crown last year. Presenters Ant and Dec will once again be on hand to welcome the stars as they step into their temporary wilderness home, reports the Mirror . Naturally, the other main attractions of the programme will be the spine-chilling insects and creatures the celebrities encounter during their stay. With the popular ITV series’ comeback approaching, we examine all the speculation surrounding potential contestants for the 2025 edition…. Emmerdale stalwart Lisa Riley is reportedly being considered to exchange the Yorkshire Dales for the Australian wilderness, with sources indicating she’s in serious discussions about participating. She’s most recognised for portraying Mandy Dingle in the ITV drama, a character she originally brought to life in 1995. A television source revealed to The Sun: “Lisa is the perfect celebrity for the show because not only is she from a soap watched by millions she’s one of its biggest characters and it’s an ITV show to boot. “She also has a naughty, mischievous sense of humour which is guaranteed to get a big response from her other celebrity campmates during their time in the jungle. Lisa is by no means the first star from Emmerdale to have gone on I’m a Celebrity and those that do always tend to get a great response from viewers at home.” Earlier this year, Lisa expressed her interest in participating in the reality show, stating: “I’m A Celebrity…is something I would do before I turned 50 as a test for myself.” Social media sensation Angry Ginge, boasting over three million followers across platforms such as Instagram and Tik Tok, is one of the potential contestants being considered. He could potentially follow in the footsteps of previous participants Nella Rose and GK Barry. The social media star, also known as Morgan Burtwistle, reportedly impressed ITV bosses during the annual charity football match, Soccer Aid. An insider revealed to The Sun: “ITV bosses always like to have a social media superstar on their cast, especially after GK Barry proved such a success last year. Angry Ginge has bags of personality and was really friendly to everyone at Soccer Aid this year. He made a great impression.” Although Tommy was rumoured for last year’s show, he is back on the speculative list for 2025. He allegedly declined I’m A Celebrity due to a boxing match. The Love Island star confessed his desire to participate in the show, suggesting that 2025 might be his year. Tommy told the Mirror: “I’m a Celeb is an amazing show and it’s something I want to do in the future but at the end of the day I am what I am, I’m a fighter and I’ve been doing it since I was a kid.” EastEnders legend Shona might fancy a trip Down Under for a fresh challenge following her departure from Whitney Dean’s storyline last year. She revealed her desire to “pursue things that are in [her] heart,” after leaving the BBC soap. Back in May, the Sun claimed Shona was in serious discussions about entering the jungle, which could see her return to our television screens. Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver’s missus might take centre stage after he ruled himself out of the programme. Jamie fuelled rumours that Jools could be heading for the jungle during a livestream appearance with presenters Ant and Dec.. “Thanks for the offer, boys. I would love to come on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! , I think it’s an amazing show,” he said. Jamie confessed ITV “couldn’t give me enough olive oil in the world ” to persuade him to participate. But he hinted: “But what I can give you is my wife Jools. She would love to be on the show. Go on, Jools!”. Join the Daily Record’s WhatsApp community here and get the latest news sent straight to your messages.
