A celebrity feud no-one had on their 2025 bingo card is brewing, with Big John seemingly throwing some shade at Thomas Skinner amid the Strictly Come Dancing contestant’s martial woes. Former Apprentice candidate Skinner admitted over the weekend that he cheated on his wife Sinead just weeks after their wedding. However, he said she has forgiven him and the pair, who share three children, have “moved forward together”. Skinner first revealed he cheated on his wife on Sunday when he said he met an “attractive woman” who “offered me some kind of cosmetic slimming treatments.” Taking to social media this morning, Skinner admitted his wife Sinead had been left “humiliated” due to his extra-martial affair becoming national news. Rubbing salt in Skinner’s wounds over the weekend, Big John, aka John Fisher, decided it was the perfect time to share how much he loves and respects his wife. The Chinese food connoisseur, like Skinner, uses the phrase ‘BOSH’ as a catch phrase or sign-off on social media posts. Skinner and Big John have been pitted against each other over recent weeks, with Big John’s support of immigration praised in contrast to Skinner’s flirtation with right-wing figures like JD Vance. Big John made his Question Time debut earlier this month, during which he described himself as a man who “associated with Chinese food” and condemned the racist attacks on immigrant-owned businesses across the country amid Tommy Robinson’s Raise The Colours flag-flying movement. Posting a series of snaps on Instagram of himself and wife Charlotte over the years, Big John told his followers: “It’s been great here in Las Vegas but as always can’t wait to get home to my wife Charlotte “The cornerstone of our life and the person I cant wait to see. You are not a worthy man unless you love and respect your wife and I know how lucky I am. Charlotte be home soon. Bosh.” Big John’s fan lapped up his public display of affection. “Love your openness over your love for Charlotte and the family,” one penned in the comments, with another picking up on the possible swipe at Skinner as they wrote: “Well said John, unlike a certain wannabe…” “@iamtomskinner read this mate,” a third added – tagging Skinner in the comment. A fourth fumed: “Sending shots for Tom Skinner is diabolical lol I thought they was pals. Bit strange.” Skinner admitted he has made “big mistakes” on Twitter (X) this morning, adding: “If you dig you’ll find more.” He also said he has become a “target”, and is “being portrayed a public enemy number 1” following revelations of his infidelity. In a lengthy statement on X, he wrote: “My life ain’t perfect…..far from it. I’ve made big mistakes, I’ve let people down, and done things I’ll always regret in my past. “The worst was what I did to my wife three and a half years ago…..one stupid moment I’ll carry forever. It was nothing more and nothing less despite what is being said. I told her straight away. She had every right to leave me back then, but she forgave me…….and that forgiveness changed my life. “Since then, we’ve built a new home, had two more beautiful children, and moved forward together. We are stronger. Family is everything to me. It’s what I do everything for. “But I’ve noticed I’ve become a target. Every part of my life is being dragged out….. even my families. People around me have been offered BIG money to sell stories. And I’ve noticed I’m being portrayed as public enemy number 1. They’re trying to break me and get me cancelled.2 Skinner said that he has got a “thick skin”, adding: “The abuse and death threats don’t bother me. In fact some lies make me laugh. I’ve got an extremely chequered past… more than most. I’ve never shied away from that. I’ve made mistakes and if you dig you’ll find more. But here’s the truth: most people have made mistakes.
