Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 2 p.m.: The City Planning Commission will hold a pubic scoping meeting for Westshore Rezoning LSGD, a proposal to build a mixed-use development containing approximately 1,460 residential units on the Gravesend, Brooklyn waterfront. More here.

Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 10 a.m.: The City Planning Commission will vote on a plan to redevelop the Kingsbridge Armory in the Bronx, among other land use applications. More here.

Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 10 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises will meet regarding several land use applications, including the city’s rezoning proposal for Long Island City. More here.

Thursday, Sept. 18 at 10 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Subcommittee on Landmarks, Public Sitings and Dispositions will meet regarding land use applications for the former Whitney Museum of American Art, the Lincoln Wortman building in Brooklyn, the Just Home proposal for the Jacobi Hospital campus, and for a parcel of unused land at 349 East 140th St. formerly used by Lincoln Hospital. Friday, Sept. 19 at 10 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Committee on Health will hold an oversight hearing on building requirements for cooling towers and water systems to prevent Legionnaires’ disease. More here.
