Charity Trip Moves Rampage Jackson Into Making Life-Changing Promise

Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson has always thrived on chaos, whether inside the cage or outside it. But his latest move has nothing to do with fighting and everything to do with giving. The former UFC star recently turned heads with a heartfelt announcement: he’s now backing the Smile Back Foundation and ORCAA.
The timing feels striking. As in recent weeks, one chapter of headlines had him dealing with the situation surrounding his son, Raja Jackson, in the aftermath of a disturbing in-ring attack. Now, the MMA legend has shifted the focus to restoring hope and smiles.

In a recent post on X, Jackson wrote, “This is the power of the Smile Back Foundation and ORCAA. I have seen the impact with my own eyes and it is something I believe in because it is genuine. The doctors I have met here are doing this out of care and love for people who thought they would never smile again.”
Alongside Dr. Simon Oh, he promised that if their fundraising goals are met, he will “give back at least one smile every month to one of my fans or their family members who cannot afford the care they need.” For Rampage Jackson, this wasn’t about celebrity charity work as he further added, “It is about all of us coming together to restore smiles, restore hope, and prove that anything is possible when people unite for a cause.”

Attached to the post was a clip of Jackson visiting the clinic and interacting with the patients and staff. In it, he shared that he first discovered Smile Back and ORCAA a few months ago and was “hooked” after seeing the results. According to him, “I see the smiles on people’s faces after they get their teeth done and I met most of the doctors here and I just tell they’re really good people and they’re really doing it because they really care and that’s kind of hard to come across to meet real genuine people who actually care and love to give back.”
For a man known for his brash persona, the honesty stood out. Jackson admitted, “And one of the goals of Smile Back and Orca is to help out as many people as we can. Like some of my fans, least once a month, people who can’t afford dental work to give people, even in America, a smile. Like once a month, like… Maybe it could be you or your grandparent or your cousin or somebody that you know that really needs their smile back but can’t afford. We want to go all the way and help as many people as we can.”
The announcement comes less than a month after the violent fallout between Raja Jackson and Stuart ‘Syko Stu’ Smith. Fans will remember the shocking footage from the Knokx Pro Wrestling event where Raja slammed Smith and delivered punches as he lay motionless. Smith’s injuries included fractures, jaw trauma, and lost teeth, a brutal outcome that made headlines across combat sports.
As such, on one hand, Rampage Jackson’s family name was dragged into controversy with the Syko Stu attack. On the other hand, he’s now fronting a campaign about hope and healing. And recently, he came out with a surprising verdict on his son’s actions.

It’s been nearly two weeks since the shocking brawl at a Knokx Pro Wrestling event in Los Angeles left Stuart “Syko Stu” Smith hospitalized. Stu has since been discharged from the hospital, though doctors have warned his recovery will be long, given the multiple jaw fractures, head trauma, and dental injuries sustained during the assault.
In the days that followed, Rampage Jackson spoke out repeatedly, condemning his son’s actions while also pointing a finger at the promotion for what he described as a reckless environment. But in a fresh interview with Ariel Helwani, the former UFC light heavyweight champion revealed just how fractured his relationship with Raja has become.
Jackson admitted, “I don’t f— with Raja right now. I’m mad at him, I’m here for his legal fees, but Raja wants to be an adult, he wants to do things his way. He won’t take my advice, I can’t make him do anything. Look, he’s my son, I love him dearly, but he dishonored my name.”

For Rampage, the disappointment wasn’t only about the violence, it was also about reputation. He further confessed, “I am worried about his well-being, but he dishonored my name. I know he’s my f— son and I’m not cutting him off forever. I just haven’t talked to him. I talked to him after the shit happened, and he hid the fact that he did this.”
Rampage Jackson now stands at a crossroads few fighters ever face. On one side, he’s a father wrestling with disappointment and fractured trust, but at the same time, he’s also a public figure trying to rebuild through compassion, pledging to restore smiles for strangers who can’t afford care.
