A brand new season of Married at First Sight UK is set to return in 2025 with a fresh batch of 18 brides and grooms ready to say ‘I do’ to a complete stranger.
The reality TV series, which airs on E4, is known for its dramatic moments, from major fallouts to bride and groom swapping, keeping viewers on the edge of their seats. Now, the new series is set to return to screens in just a matter of days which promises to be the most “memorable” yet.
A brand new look saw everything from a horrified bride after her husband started to sing at their wedding party, to one couple already hitting a bump in the road, mere days after their wedding. Fans can also expect some spectacular entrances on the wedding days.
But as the reality show returns to screens, we’ve put together everything you need to know, reports Wales Online.
When does MAFS UK 2025 air?
The new series will kick off on Sunday, September 21, 2025. Viewers can tune in at 9pm on E4.
And fans cannot contain their excitement as one person wrote on X: “The absolute heartbreak realising #MafsUk doesn’t start until Sunday I waited all day yesterday thinking it was yesterday.”
Married at First Sight cast list
This year’s cast will see a professional dancer and musician as well as a dentist and former cabin crew. Here is the line up in full:

Who are the MAFS experts?
As for the experts, Melanie Schilling, Paul C. Brunson, and Charlene Douglas are all set to return to the show, playing cupid once again.
Paul C. Brunson previously teased: “I will say this, I’m going on the record, but I believe that this will be not only one of the most memorable Married At First Sight series in history but our reunion will be the most memorable reunion in Married At First Sight history.”
MAFS schedule shake-up
But there’s a twist in store for the 2025 series. The show’s schedule is getting a shake-up, with episodes now airing from Sunday to Wednesday instead of the usual Monday to Thursday. Plus, in a first for the series, the cast’s stag and hen dos will be filmed and shown on screen.
It was previously reported that producers are promising increased drama which will rival last year’s series which saw Kristina Goodsell learning her spouse resided in woodland and sported dentures before their ultimate separation.
