Tonight, on The Stevetendo Show, we’re jumping right back into our Donkey Kong Bananza playthrough. Overall, this game has been a blast to play. I have especially liked the writing/interactions between Pauline and DK when they take a nap at one of the rest areas. The conversation is short, but it really shows how good the relationship between DK and Pauline is.
During the last Donkey Kong Bananza playthrough, we made our way through the Forest Layer and got the Ostrich Bananza. After getting through the Forest Layer, we had to make our way down to the Junction and fight Void Kong. After taking down Void Kong, we made our way to the Resort Layer. The Resort Layer is like a day at the beach, complete with giant strawberries and watermelons. This evening, we’ll try and make our way through the Resort Layer and travel to the Tempest Layer. Set to go live at 5 p.m. PDT/8 p.m. EDT, join The Stevetendo Show for more of our Donkey Kong Bananza playthrough.
Shackers who want to join in on the fun can head over to the Shacknews Twitch channel, where you can tune into The Stevetendo Show every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
If you can’t make tonight’s show, you can watch Wednesday nights at 5 p.m. PDT/8 p.m. EDT. Coming up on the show is more Kirby and the Forgotten Land+Star-Crossed World. The DLC isn’t too long, but it adds enough to give Kirby and the Forgotten Land a fresh feel. The action is heating up, and you won’t want to miss it.

In typical Stevetendo Show fashion, I mention something on the show, and then it happens. I mentioned a rumored Nintendo Direct, and then Nintendo announces one. There was a Nintendo Direct last week, so swing by The Stevetendo Show and I’ll share my thoughts about it.
Keep coming up with new games that you’d love to see on The Stevetendo Show. If it’s on the Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch 2 Online service, it could see a starring role in an upcoming Stevetendo episode. You never know when Nintendo is going to add something to the Nintendo Switch 2 Online service, so stay tuned.
