TTC Tour Brands, the global leader in guided travel experiences, has announced a strategic partnership with TProfile, the award-winning travel technology specialist, to deliver a richer, faster and more efficient booking experience for travel agents.

This integration brings TTC Tour Brands’ full portfolio – Trafalgar, Contiki, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold, and Costsaver – into TProfile’s customer experience platform, enabling agents to seamlessly create customised, content-rich quotes in less than a minute. The technology allows agents to package itineraries with high-quality images, engaging video, and tailored day-by-day breakdowns, helping them showcase tours in a more experiential way and inspire travellers to book.

TProfile’s platform goes beyond quoting. It combines quoting, CRM, booking, and documentation services into one streamlined system, supporting the entire customer journey from lead generation through to booking and loyalty. In 2024, the platform processed more than £8 billion in travel quotes for over 100 leading travel brands – a scale that reflects its growing influence in the travel trade.
