Black Ops 7 Instagram Page All But Confirms Return of Classic Zombies Map

Details about Black Ops 7 Zombies are being drip-fed as we get closer to launch. We still don’t officially know the first BLOPS 7 Zombies map, but we know where we could soon be making Tranzit to.

We’re still in the ‘teases’ stage of pre-Call of Duty hype. Treyarch is teasing the return of classic Black Ops 2 multiplayer maps for Black Ops 7, and we could be getting a nifty health bar feature we’ve not seen in years. Speaking of something we’ve not seen in years, if you’re an old-school Zombies fan, hints of a Black Ops 7 Zombies map should get you excited.

Black Ops 7 Zombies Players Gearing Up For Epic Tranzit

The Call of Duty Instagram page had a livestream on September 15. It was full of Black Ops 7 Zombies teasers, and one clip caught everyone’s attention. As captured by DETONATED, it’s a muffled but eerily familiar tune—the Tranzit map menu music.

You get a full minute-long loop of the music as well. Check it out for yourself below.

If you have any doubts about the notes, you only have to listen to the original Tranzit loading screen song from Black Ops 2 here.

Let’s say this is the long-awaited return of Tranzit. One thing remains unclear: We don’t know if this will be the first (or one of the first) maps in the game. Regardless, it seems we can get our seasonal bus ticket ready for the year ahead!

Is a Black Ops Tranzit map remake long overdue? Should the power of modern-day hardware allow the map to look crisper and play better than ever before? Share your thoughts through the Insider gaming forum.
