Cardi B announces Minneapolis date on Little Miss Drama Tour

The first female rapper ever to sell out a sports arena in Minnesota, Cardi B is going for a repeat when she returns to Target Center next spring.
Her newly announced Little Miss Drama Tour is scheduled to stop at the Minneapolis basketball hub on March 12, midway through her ambitious 31-city North American trek. Tickets go on sale Sept. 25 at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster.com, with presale options beginning Sept. 23. Prices are not yet listed.
The New Yorker born Belcalis Almánzar, 32, announced the tour Tuesday ahead of Friday’s release of her second full-length album, “Am I the Drama?” She has released two singles off the record, “Outside” and “Imaginary Playerz.” The new collection is said to include a fresh spin on the megahit “WAP,” which came out way back in 2020 as a stand-alone single.
Cardi’s first record, 2018’s “Invasion of Privacy,” landed two No. 1 hits, “Bodak Yellow” and “I Like It,” helping pave the way for her to sell out Target Center in 2019. Two other queens of hip-hop, Lizzo and Cardi’s “WAP” collaborator Megan Thee Stallion, also have since played sold-out arena shows in town.
