Nudists plan to strip off as they prepare for Christmas dinner with a twist

Nudists have set up a naked Christmas dinner and a game of skittles at a countryside pub. To celebrate the festive season, naturists from across the country have been invited to attend a meal with a twist . All attendees will be required to turn up in their birthday suits. Fortunately, for pub-goers the Christmas meal will be held in the function room which has their own toilets. There will also be an exclusive naturist only bar available in the room to avoid awkward orders between paying punters and other nude guests. Customers can choose from a two or three course meal. The event will take place at the Mill Arms, Dunbridge, Romsey, near Southampton. For nudists wanting to celebrate Christmas with some eggnog — there are six rooms upstairs available to book so they won’t have to drive home. The train station is just a brisk two minute walk from the boozer for those wanting to leave after last orders. British Naturism, who hosted the same event last Christmas will release tickets soon to members and non-members. The meal will take place between 12pm and 5pm on December 13, as reported by What’s The Jam. A spokesperson for British Naturism stated: “All members and friends are invited to join BN’s London and Southeast Region for a Christmas Lunch and skittles at the Mill Arms in Dunbridge near Romsey, a charming country pub in Rural Hampshire. “We will have exclusive use of the function room at the pub, this is a fully self-contained area with its own bar which will be open throughout the afternoon and toilets which means that it will be possible to be naked throughout the event. “You will have a choice of a two or three course meal although you will need to order in advance when you book your ticket,” the invite added. “This will be a great opportunity to catch up with old friends and meet new ones in a naturist setting.” It comes as naturists have admitted they are afraid that the culture of nudism could be on the way out. This is supposedly due to younger people seemingly turning back to the idea of stripping off as part of the movement. British Naturism ― the official body for naturism in the UK — said that the problem has become so bad that a documentary has been commissioned to highlight the problem. However, it is not just a British epidemic, as youngsters across Europe are seemingly covering up as opposed to stripping down. Filmmakers who had helped in the production of the piece said they hope the movie will shine a light on the need for more people to join the initiative. “Naturism has so much to offer young people – the challenge lies in presenting those opportunities in ways that truly resonate with them,” they said in the blurb for the upcoming doc.
