JKSSB Constable PET/ PST Schedule Released; Admit Cards From September 18 at jkssb.nic.in

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released the exam dates for the Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Endurance Test (PET) for the Constable (Armed/ IRP/ SDRF/ Executive) posts. As per the official notification, the test will be conducted from September 24. The examination will be held at M. A. Stadium, Jammu. This recruitment drive is being conducted this year to fill a total of 4002 vacancies. A candidate, who fails to appear in the PST/PET on the given date, shall forfeit his/ her right of consideration at any stage. if they fail to show up on the assigned day. As per the schedule released today by the JKSSB, the admit cards for this sarkari exam will be released on September 18, 2025 at the official website, i.e. jkssb.nic.in. Candidates can download their hall tickets from the official website of JKSSB by using their application number (ID). Steps to Download JKSSB E-Admit Card To download e-admit card, first visit the official website of JKSSB, i.e., www.jikssb.nic.in On the homepage, there will be an option to download e-admit card.On that page, click on the link/button – “login”.Enter log-in credentials, i.e., application id.Click on the ‘view and print e-admit card’ button.The JKSSB e-admit card will appear on the screen.Candidate must bring the clear printed copy of the e-admit card on the day of their PST/PET.Download and print your JKSSB e-admit card. JKSSB has advised candidates to reach the examination city at least one day prior to the scheduled date of their test. This is to ensure timely reporting at the venue and to avoid any inconvenience due to unforeseen circumstances such as road blockades, adverse weather conditions, or other delays. Candidates should be in proper attire during the PST/PET and no candidate shall be allowed to participate wearing improper dress. The Board has also instructed all shortlisted ex-servicemen (ESM) candidates appearing for the PST/ PET to bring their Matriculation certificate (as age proof) mandatorily on the day of PST/ PET along with other supporting documents. No ESM candidate shall be allowed to appear in the PST/ PET without the production of relevant documents at the time of the test. Also, the shortlisted candidates belonging to the Gorkha Community and Bot Tribe, who are appearing for the PST/PET have been instructed to bring the category certificate (Gorkha/ Bot community certificate issued by the competent authority) mandatorily on the day of PST/ PET along with other supporting documents to avail the benefits of the relaxed standard of PST, if any.
