Today’s 9to5Toys Lunch Break marks the return of the gigantic $490 price drop on the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge. After quickly going out of stock, the massive Prime Day price drop is back alongside up to $530 in enhanced trade-in credit for those interested. We also have a one-day all-time low on Motorola’s 2025 faux leather-finished Edge smartphone, Google’s Nest Learning Thermostat (4th Gen) from $220, and Google TV Streamer 4K in Haze gray at the $80 Amazon all-time low. just be sure to scope out this new Spigen WBF0 Fabric Band surfaces for Galaxy Watch 8/Classic down at $20 and the rest of the details down below as well.
Now live again: Land a massive $490 off Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge w/ no trade-in
While Prime Day has come and gone, with the fall Samsung Deal Days sale still in full swing through this week, Amazon is remaining aggressive with pricing on a range of the latest Galaxy devices. Very much not the least of which is the ultra-thin Galaxy S25 Edge – it is now once again up to a massive $490 off the list price. Details await below.
You can still score $410 off the base 256GB model from $689.99 shipped – that’s $5 above the best price we tracked during Prime Day proper, but Amazon has once again dropped the 512GB model in all three colors it offers to $729.99 shipped. That’s a giant $490 off the regular $1,220 list price.
By comparison to the Samsung Deal Days pricing, that’s a seriously notable deal. Samsung is currently offering this device at $200 off and we had tracked a few opportunities to score one at $400 off via Amazon previous to this week, but the only way to score a better price than we have right now is to trade-in a relatively new device at Samsung.

This can yield an even lower price than Amazon, so be sure to check out the trade-in value Samsung will offer you before pulling the trigger elsewhere – you will need a need a newer device to get that much, but it will deliver a lower price if you got the goods.

Motorola’s 2025 faux leather-finished Edge smartphone hits $400 low ($150 off, today only)
Today only, as part of its Deals of the Day and running alongside the ongoing Techtober sale, Best Buy is now offering the 2025 model unlocked Motorola Edge at $150 off. Hit the jump for more details.
Best Buy now has the most affordable 256GB Motorola Edge in PANTONE Deep Forest down at $399.99 shipped for the rest of the day. This is a regularly $550 unlocked handset that debuted this year and is currently fetching $450 at Amazon and direct from Motorola.
Today’s $150 price drop delivers the best deal we have tracked to date on this model. Amazon has never dropped the price below $440 since it debuted there in early June. We have seen wild deals on this one through select service providers but nothing better than $440 in unlocked condition from the major retailers before today.
There are indeed still some Amazon all-time lows live on the brand’s 205 flip phones right now – Motorola’s most affordable 2025 Razr Ultra included. But folks looking to land its quad-curved design with “a soft-touch finish and thin borders,” military-grade Corning Gorilla Glass, and that faux leather finish (I’m a big fan of this), the one-day Edge deal is worth a look.
It sports 256GB of internal storage, 8GB of RAM, an on-screen fingerprint reader, face unlock, and Android 15 all powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 4nm-class chip. Don’t forget about the 50MP camera and the up to “two days” of battery life here as well.
Just make sure you go check out Motorola’s ultra-thin answer to Apple and Samsung.
Google TV Streamer 4K in Haze gray now at $80 Amazon all-time low, more
We featured the Google TV Streamer 4K Prime Day deals, as you would expect. The Porcelain color model Amazon has been carrying for a while dropped to the same $79.98 shipped it is still at right now, but the Haze gray variantAmazon just started selling saw another stealth $5 drop in the middle of the sale event – this offer is still live right now.
Amazon is now offering the Google TV Streamer 4K in both the Porcelain and Haze colorways down at $79.98 shipped. Regularly $100, this is 20% off and the lowest price we can find in brand new condition.
As mentioned above, the Haze model is now $5 under the price we tracked at the start of the Prime Day sale to deliver a new Amazon all-time low. The Porcelain variant did drop to $79 once months ago, but this is otherwise the lowest we have tracked on that one at Amazon as well.

Most affordable Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 now $400 off at Amazon, or $1,000 off w/ trades
As you likely already know from our Prime Day coverage, Amazon was offering a giant $415 in savings on the 512GB Galaxy Z Fold 7. However, pricing on the more affordable 256GB modelwasn’t nearly as stable over the event and didn’t land on all of the colors. Now, however, you will find a giant $400 price drop on all of them.
Samsung is currently offering a $350 in straight cash savingson Z Fold 7 with no trades or bundles required. It is also the only place to score the mint colorway. That means you can land the new foldable starting at $1,649.99 shipped.
That’s a solid deal and all, but Amazon has the standard three colors at $400 off on the most affordable model right now:
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 256GB $1,600 (Reg. $2,000)
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 512GB $1,720 (Reg. $2,120)
As you can see above, the 512GB model isn’t quite as deep as it was yesterday – the blue variant was $415 off – but the most affordable configuration is now at the lowest price we have ever tracked.
Just remember that if you have gear to trade-in, you’ll want to go straight to Samsung right now. The fall Samsung Deal Days sale is live and it offering up to $1,000 off the Z Fold 7 with trade-ins of the previous-generation model. This is, if you have the gear to flip, the very best deal on the Fold 7 you will find anywhere right now (or maybe ever).
