ISRO VSSC Recruitment 2025: ISRO has announced recruitment for 17 Scientist/Engineer positions at VSSC and other centers. The last date for online application is October 6, 2025.

ISRO VSSC Jobs 2025: The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has provided a great opportunity for candidates who dream of pursuing a career in India’s space sector. ISRO has released a notification for the recruitment of Scientist/Engineer positions at the Vikram Sarabhai Space Center (VSSC) and other space centers. A total of 17 positions will be filled under this recruitment drive, and the application process has begun on September 22, 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online until October 6, 2025.

This recruitment drive will fill 17 positions. Appointments for post codes 1554 to 1558 will primarily be made at VSSC. Candidates with post codes 1559 and 1560 will be appointed at other ISRO centers.

Who Can Apply?

Educational qualifications are crucial for candidates. Candidates must have completed a BE/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech in the relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute. They must have a minimum of 65% marks in BE/B.Tech and a minimum of 60% marks (average of all semesters) in ME/M.Tech. Furthermore, only those candidates who registered for AMIE before May 31, 2013, are eligible.

The maximum age of an eligible candidate must be 30 years as of October 6, 2025. This means that the candidate must not have been born before October 6, 1995, nor after October 6, 2007. Age relaxation will be applicable for central government employees, ex-servicemen, and candidates with benchmark disabilities (PwBD) as per government orders.

Salary and Allowances

Selected candidates will receive a basic salary ranging from ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500 under Pay Level 10. They will also receive the benefits of dearness allowance (DA), house rent allowance (HRA), and transport allowance (TA).
