Emmerdale Liam Cavanagh's health diagnosis 'exposed' as fans spot worrying symptom

Emmerdale fans believe they’ve exposed Liam Cavanagh’s health diagnosis after spotting a worrying symptom. Fans of the ITV soap will know that Liam (Jonny McPherson) has recently had a stressful time as he continues to support his fiancée Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter). Chas’s son Aaron (Danny Miller) and his evil husband, John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth), were rushed to hospital last week after John pushed them off a cliff. The incident occurred shortly after Aaron learnt about the villain’s string of crimes. However, Aaron’s ex, Robert (Ryan Hawley), who also happens to be John’s half-brother, was soon arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, with no one believing his side of the story. On Monday (September 15), Aaron remained in a coma, with army medic John anxiously awaiting news from his hospital bed. Back in the village, Liam wasn’t feeling himself as Claudette Anderson (Flo Wilson) spotted him on his way to the allotment. After striking up a conversation about her spinach seeds, Claudette shared her concerns after Liam responded with a huge yawn. The GP then explained that he’d had a disturbed night’s sleep, saying: “I was just up and down all night. It’s caffeine, goes through me like a Ferrari.” Claudette jokingly responded: “As my grandson used to say, too much information.” Later, at the allotment, Liam was seen going to the toilet behind some greenery, just as Claudette arrived. The GP receptionist was left stunned by what she had seen, with Liam quickly trying to explain. However, a frustrated Claudette proceeded to run away, exclaiming: “There’s nothing you can say you dirty, dirty man!” After watching the scenes, several Emmerdale fans have shared their concerns for Liam, with many suspecting that he could be diagnosed with a worrying health condition. “Liam defo isn’t right after tonight’s ep, hopefully he’s going to be okay,” one person wrote on a Facebook fan page. Another added: “Prostate problem?” while a third said: “I think Liam could get a cancer diagnosis or something similar.” A fourth viewer echoed the sentiment, saying: “Worried for Liam. Hopefully he’ll get checked out. Defo sensing another health diagnosis story.” In upcoming scenes, Liam confides in Claudette about his symptoms, who insists that he needs to be evaluated by a medical professional other than himself. Liam, however, takes a different tack and tries to shrug off the issue altogether. Will Liam take Claudette’s advice? Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV1 at 7.30pm and is available to stream from 7am on ITVX
