There are a few of the guys listed on here that we for sure know will not be redshirted this season. Courtland Guillory took on the role of the top cornerback last game against the Auburn Tigers, where he was matched up with Cam Coleman all game. Now, he didn’t do amazing, but he had some moments. They love what he brings to the table, and he will undoubtedly be a starter for the entire season. And, while we have only seen him in two games so far, the same can be said about Michael Fasusi as soon as he gets back. Ryan Fodje, the stud offensive guard, will not be redshirted, as he is a guy that a lot of people on the beat think can eventually take over as a starter this year. Hollenback, the other offensive lineman that likely won’t be redshirted, hasn’t played yet, but he’s the only backup at the center position behind Maikkula, so there’s no way they will redshirt him.Tory Blaylock and Elijah Thomas will likely not be getting redshirted. For Blaylock, he’s currently the starting running back, despite having a bad outing last game. However, he is easily the best as things currently stand. For Thomas, he could get redshirted, but he likely won’t. He had two special teams tackles against Auburn, and after last year’s injury issues to the wide receiver room, I doubt they redshirt many, if any WRs, until later in he year when they are more certain. If they haven’t played yet, there is a good chance they will end up being redshirted, but not until late in the season.
