The item has earned a very impressive 4.3 stars out of 5 online, with customers saying the smartwatch is perfect for tracking exercise. One user raved: “Reliable and affordable. Does everything it says it will. I’m so pleased with this watch, it does everything I need it to and more… It monitors all my steps, heart rate, time in the zone, sleep and on and on. “Also sends me notifications for all of my apps and reminds me every hour if I need to move more, which was a little annoying to begin but actually is exactly what I needed. It’s such a minefield choosing the fitness tracker watch that suits your every need and they can be so expensive for the Samsung and Garmin ones. “Definitely recommend this watch, needs charging every three to four days but I knew that before I purchased it. So pleased I finally found a watch that does everything it promises.” Another commented: “Fitbit is so easy to use and perfect if you want to keep track of your steps and on the app you can also keep track of calories in/out. I definitely recommend it.” A third added: “Great item, I’m not great with tech but I set it up easily. Really long charge time, easy to read screen all round great tracker.” However, not everyone was so taken with the watch. The functionality and battery life receive mixed reviews, as did connectivity and value for money, even though some said it connects well with mobile devices. One consumer scribed: “The heart rate monitor isn’t particularly accurate. You can no longer download or use third-party apps. There is no Google Assistant or music control (e.g., you can no longer download or use Spotify)… “If you’re looking for a relatively affordable, easy-to-use smartwatch that looks good and you’re not fussed about having lots of apps or music control, then it comes highly recommended.” Another added: “The reason why I’m giving it four stars instead of five, is many users, including myself, have had problems or simply been unable to access the app’s gallery, either to change the watch face or to download an app… “For those experiencing this problem, just disable DNS. On Samsung phones, you can find this option in Connections. I recommend reconnecting DNS after downloading from the app gallery.”
