Davide, 33, who moved from Portugal to Paris at an early age, is a member of cabin crew who is looking for love after being left heartbroken after calling off his 2025 wedding. But he sparked controversy as he told the women: “I have a good tip for that, so there are pink jobs and there are blue jobs. “Blue jobs are boys jobs. In my last relationship I had to do laundy, I had to do dishes. “I was doing all the girl jobs.” Rebecca, 32, an aesthetics nurse and clinic owner from Liverpool, immediately took exception to his comments. She raised her voice as she responded: “Why are they considered girls jobs, I don’t want to do them either!” She added: “We want to go more feminist, lets keep it equal.” Away from the party, Rebecca told the camera: “He was suggesting that women should be doing “womens” jobs, which is bull****.” “Jesus that was controversial wasn’t it?,” Davide later remarked to the camera. Viewers were quick to call him out on X, formerly Twitter. @thefmetzger wrote: “Whoa whoa whoa, did that guy effectively say women should stay in the kitchen??? # MAFSUK .” @OfficialJoyous asked: “Davide what jobs?”, while @Faithhhej fumed: “Not liking this Davide guy at all a bit misogynistic #MAFSUK.” @emilyroseon added: “Its not even 20 minutes in, Davide needs to get in the bin and far away from this show or any relationship. A misogynist gay. There is nothing worse than a partner who is not your equal and looks down on you. I hope his match runs for the hills #MAFSUK.”
