The Gujarat State Selection Pickleball 2025 concluded with solid performances from young players and seasoned names alike, capping an action-packed weekend of matches. In the Under-18 Boys Singles Final, Purvansh Patel defeated Henish Batham in straight points to lift the title. Purvansh showed strong consistency, controlling rallies and forcing errors from Henish with steady placement and pace. The Under-16 Boys Singles Final saw Vivan Patel edge past Kiaan Contractor to clinch the crown. Vivan kept his shots deep and used smart angles to stay ahead through the match. Vivan was also in action again in the Under-16 Boys Doubles, pairing with Jeet Sood to beat their opponents and bag a second gold. The duo showed fine coordination and calm handling under pressure. In the Under-18 Boys Doubles, Purvansh Patel teamed up with Dev Shah to defeat Aum Dalal and Henish Batham in a dominant display of teamwork and control. Among the veterans, Suryaveer Singh Bhullar and Dr Nilesh Desai continued their winning run, defeating Vikram Shah and Anahr Maloo 15–5 to take gold in the 50+ Men’s Doubles category. The event reflected Gujarat’s growing depth in pickleball, with emerging juniors and experienced players performing with equal confidence.
