“Having worked in education for 16 years with nearly 11 of those as a Deputy Headteacher, I have always been committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, kindness, and mutual respect. My approach is rooted in the belief that every child should feel supported, inspired, and empowered to become the best version of themselves, both academically and personally. I believe in the importance of developing a strong partnership between home and school to ensure that our children receive the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed.
