Mumbai Weather: The city is on yellow alert for another day, with the India Meteorological Department issuing alerts for other parts of Maharashtra as well. This includes Thane, Pune, and Raigad. Residents may expect showers throughout the day. Due to constant rain in the region, several areas of Mumbai were waterlogged. This led to slow-moving traffic on key routes. Commuters may expect the same on Sunday. A solo weather forecast on X, formerly Twitter, said, “#Mumbai, Prepare for one of the heaviest rainfall from 27-29. Now almost sure that LPA will travel towards #Maharashtra giving heavy rains to #Vidarbha coming towards the west coast giving Extreme Heavy rains to North #Konkan,even #Pune falls in path. Then travel to #Gujarat“ Another said, “West coasts in for late Sept flourish, thanks to the fresh low from Bay. The low can dump rains all along its path while switching ends from East to West. Mumbai should be cautious & keep a close watch on track. Karnataka coasts & ghats, Kerala will see enhanced rains too.” Mumbai Weather Forecast 21-SEP Temperature is expected to be around 31°C with a low of 26°C. Skies will be partly cloudy, with chances of occasional rain or thundershowers bringing relief from humidity. 23-SEP A similar weather trend continues with temperatures around 31°C to 26°C. Partly cloudy skies may lead to one or two spells of rain or thundershowers. 24-SEP The temperature will range between 31°C and 25°C. The day is expected to be partly cloudy with chances of brief rain or thundershowers in patches. 25-SEP Temperatures will stay near 31°C and 25°C. The sky will be partly cloudy, with the possibility of rain or thunderstorms developing during the day. 26-SEP Weather remains consistent with highs of 31°C and lows of 25°C. Partly cloudy skies will prevail, along with the possibility of rain or thunderstorms in some parts.
