Faridkot: The Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, has released the detailed schedule for the third round of online counselling for MBBS and BDS admissions under NEET UG 2025.The university has invited fresh online applications from NEET UG 2025 qualified candidates for admission to vacant MBBS/BDS seats. Applications will be accepted from October 3, 2025 to October 5, 2025 (till 2:00 PM) through the official website of BFUHS.Admission Notice for 3rd round MBBS/BDS online counselling under NEET UG-2025Fresh Online applications alongwith registration fee @ Rs. 5000+18% GST (Rs 5900/-) and Rs. 2500+18%GST (Rs. 2950/- for SC candidates) are invited through university website from NEET UG-2025 Qualified Candidates w.e.f. 03.10.2025 to 05.10.2025 (upto 2.00PM) for admission to vacant seats of MBBS/BDS courses. The candidate who have already registered during Round 1 & II (as per applicable rules) need not apply again.Schedule for 3rd round of UG Medical/Dental online Punjab State counseling under NEET UG-2025. 1 Display of vacant seat matrix on the student login id 03.10.2025 2 Date for fresh online registration/application and deposition of application and security deposit for fresh applicants alongwith fee of Rs. 5000+18%GST(Rs. 5900/-) and Rs. 2500+18%GST(Rs. 2950/- for SC candidates) through university payment portal. (Fresh registered candidates will have to submit willingness alongwith security deposit for 3rd online counseling. Failing which their candidature will not be considered. Note: The candidate who has not joined/resigned the allotted seat of Round 2, will have to register afresh for 3rd round and will also deposit security amount again 03.10.2025 to 05.10.2025 (upto 02:00 PM) 3 The last date for submitting willingness alongwith security deposit for 3rd round of counselling by all the candidates (already registered candidates and fresh applicants). The amount of security to be deposited for submitting willingness will be as under: For Government colleges – Rs. 10000/- (half for SC/BC/PWD) For Private Colleges – Rs. 2,00,000/- For both Govt. & Private Colleges – Rs. 2,00,000/- 03.10.2025 to 06.10.2025 (upto 5:00 PM) 4 Last date for submitting admission application form for NRI quota (Application form for getting Eligibility certificate and admission application form for NRI candidates is separately available on University website) 03.10.2025 to 06.10.2025 (upto 5:00 PM) 5 The candidates who will apply under Sikh Minority/Christian Minority Quota will report to the respective minority institution (SGRD Institute of Medical Sciences, Amritsar / Christian Minority College, Ludhiana) for verification of minority status. The candidates who have already got verified their minority status at the time of 1st & 2nd counseling, need not report to the respective institute for verify again. The candidates who have already registered under Minority Quota during 1st & 2nd counseling and did not get their minority status verified, can report to the respective institute for verification of their minority status for 3rd round of counseling. 06.10.2025 Upto 3.00 PM 6 Display of Provisional Merit List 08.10.2025 7 Date for filling/submitting online choices/ preferences of Course/college/Quota/Category through online portal 08.10.2025 to 10.10.2025 8 Date of Surrender/Resignation by Round-1 & 2 joined candidates with forfeiture of security deposit. Note: The candidates will submit the application for surrender/resignation of joined seat to the Principal of respective college. Application received in the University through email/post will not be accepted Upto 09.10.2025 9 Processing of seat allotment 11.10.2025 to 13.10.2025 10 Display of provisional allotment / Result 16.10.2025 11 The last date/time of submission of objections to provisional allotment (if any) by the NEET UG aspirants Note: Objections can be submitted only by personal appearance/visit alongwith relevant documents/record in Admission Branch, BFUHS, Faridkot. 17.10.2025 (03:00 PM) 12 Display of revised provisional allotment / result after any change in provisional allotment due to objections (if any). Note: As per schedule of MCC 3rd round counseling, they will show the joined candidates data on 19.10.2025.
