Week 6 HS football predictions. Vote on game of the week

For someone who hadn’t yet won a week, Cara Cooper certainly recorded her first victory in a major way.
The Martinsville Bulletin sports editor, who entered Week 5 in last place in The Roanoke Times high school football pick’em panel competition, took the week by correctly guessing all 26 games. Cooper was in the minority of those who tabbed Pulaski County to beat Cave Spring. She beat out season leader Robert Anderson, who himself had a strong 25-1 mark, only missing Pulaski beat Cave Spring.
Carl York finished third at 23-3, followed by Matt Case and Bryson Gordon who tied for fourth at 22-4.
For this week Cooper is going out on limb by being the only one picking Bland County to beat Eastern Montgomery and Patrick Henry-Glade Spring to beat Rural Retreat. She’s also in the minority of those picking George Wythe to beat Bluefield, West Virginia and George Washington-Danville to beat William Fleming, joining Bryson Gordon and Robert Anderson, respectively.
Anderson stands alone in tabbing Montcalm, West Virginia to beat Roanoke Catholic and Honaker to beat Chilhowie, while York is the one panelist choosing Rappahannock over Northside.
The Roanoke Times game of the week garnered a clean sweep as all five panelists are picking William Byrd to beat Radford in the first matchup between the two teams since 1989.
