Leading Indian streamer JioHotstar is launching “Pitch to Get Rich,” a fashion entrepreneurship reality series premiering Oct. 20. The show, produced by Fashion Entrepreneur Fund and Dharmatic Entertainment, features a INR40 crore ($4.5 million) investment pool for India’s emerging fashion entrepreneurs.
Bollywood luminaries Akshay Kumar, Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, and Malaika Arora serve as judges alongside business leaders including Naveen Jindal, Dhruv Sharma, Ravi Jaipuria, Darpan Sanghvi, Gaurav Dalmia, Vagish Pathak, and Vinod Dugar. Fourteen founders will compete for funding and mentorship while tackling real-world business challenges.
“This series is not just entertainment, it’s a catalyst that brings fashion, business, and innovation together,” said Apoorva Mehta, CEO of Dharmatic Entertainment.
Fashion Entrepreneur Fund founder Sanjay Nigam emphasized the show’s mission to champion “Make in India” while delivering competitive entertainment. The series marks the first mainstream platform uniting India’s entertainment icons with industry tycoons to spotlight fashion entrepreneurship.

Mason Alexander Park will lead the West End premiere of “Oh, Mary!” at Trafalgar Theatre beginning Dec. 3. The Tony Award-winning dark comedy runs through April 25, 2026.
Written by Tony winner Cole Escola and directed by Tony winner Sam Pinkleton, the 80-minute one-act examines Mary Todd Lincoln in the weeks before Abraham Lincoln‘s assassination. Park stars alongside Kate O’Donnell, Oliver Stockley, Dino Fetscher, and Olivier winner Giles Terera.
The Broadway production won Tonys for Best Leading Actor and Best Direction, plus a Pulitzer Prize finalist nomination. Producers are Kevin McCollum & Lucas McMahon and Mike Lavoie & Carlee Briglia.
ASIAN ALLIANCE
NHK has partnered with Singapore’s Empire of Arkadia and Mocha Chai Laboratories on “Lost and Found,” a six-part adventure drama targeting Gen Z audiences globally. The series launches mid-March 2026 on NHK and Mediacorp Singapore, coinciding with the countries’ 60th diplomatic anniversary.
Shot in Japanese and English across Tokyo and Singapore, the series stars Anna Yamada and Shawn Thia as gamers caught in Tokyo’s criminal underworld of scams and trafficking. Executive producers Michelle Chang and Fotini Paraskakis developed the project with TV Man Union.
The collaboration marks NHK’s first international scripted partnership of this kind, as the broadcaster rolls out its new strategy for global co-productions. Empire of Arkadia will handle worldwide distribution.
